Raynisha Bragg-McDonald, M.A., serves as Program Director, bringing more than 20 years of experience working within educational and support-service environments, including extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse learning and developmental needs. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, providing a multidisciplinary foundation in counseling, education, behavioral support, communication, and individualized service planning.
Throughout her professional career, Raynisha has developed a strong understanding of the importance of meeting individuals where they are while helping them develop the skills, confidence, and independence necessary to reach their personal goals. Her experience in special education and school-based environments has strengthened her ability to recognize individual strengths, identify barriers to success, develop supportive strategies, and collaborate with families, educators, professionals, and community partners.
As Program Director Raynisha brings a person-centered and strengths-based approach to service delivery. She is committed to ensuring that services are individualized, respectful, culturally responsive, and focused on helping people build and maintain meaningful independence. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes teaching rather than simply doing for the individual, promoting self-advocacy and informed choice, developing practical life skills, encouraging community participation, and recognizing each person’s abilities and potential.
Raynisha’s combined background in counseling psychology, education, special education, mental-health programming, curriculum development, and organizational consulting provides her with a broad perspective for overseeing services. She is committed to developing a strong direct-support workforce, maintaining high standards of documentation and professional conduct, supporting employee development, and creating an organizational culture in which individuals receiving services are treated with dignity, respect, compassion, and genuine partnership.
